What is Huha's Return Policy on Undies?Updated a year ago

We accept exchanges or issue credit notes on unworn, unopened undies within 20 days of your order being delivered. 

As intimates standards go, we do not offer refunds.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any product that has been removed from its individual packaging and unique folding.

We recommend removing just one pair from its individual packaging first, with one wear and one wash to determine the correct fit before opening the others.
